“Endorphin” — Original Textured Mixed Media Painting by Serg Graff

A powerful and visually arresting original mixed media painting by contemporary artist Serg Graff, titled “Endorphin.” This striking composition explores the explosive energy of emotion through intense color, sculptural texture, and expressive movement.

At the center of the painting, a large, irregular organic form emerges from a swirling atmosphere of fire-like brushstrokes. Built up with thick, heavily textured acrylic and mixed media, the central structure features a complex network of raised ridges, deeply worked surfaces, and intricate dark markings. Rich crimson, burnt orange, and copper-red tones create the appearance of something glowing from within, while surrounding strokes of yellow, pink, white, and fiery orange suggest heat, motion, and an almost volcanic release of energy.

Unlike a conventional flat abstract painting, “Endorphin” incorporates pronounced three-dimensional relief, creating a tactile, sculptural surface that interacts with light and shadow. The contrast between the dense, rugged central form and the fluid, energetic background gives the artwork an exceptional sense of depth and physical presence.

The painting is presented in a vintage-style gold-tone frame with a bamboo-inspired design and a neutral linen liner, creating an elegant contrast with the bold contemporary artwork. Ready to hang.
