Arbitration Option

For any claim (excluding claims for injunctive relief or another fair trial), when the total amount of compensation claimed is less than the US $ 10,000, the party requesting judicial assistance may decide to resolve the dispute in a cost-effective manner by means of a mandatory arbitration which is not based on appearance, In the event that a party chooses arbitration, it shall initiate such arbitration through an alternative dispute resolution provider (“ADR”), mutually agreed upon by the parties. Improperly Filed Claims
