About the Artist:

Eugene G. Korobushkin (June 15, 1932 – May 31, 2015)

• Studied at Moscow Art School (1948–1953), opposite the Tretyakov Gallery

• Graduate of the Minsk State Theater and Art Institute (1966)

• Studied under notable figures such as H.M. Livshits and M.V. Danzig

• Member of the Union of Artists since 1974

• Taught at the Minsk Art School named after A.K. Glebov (1971–1992)

• Participated in exhibitions since 1966

• Works are in major Belarusian museums and international collections

• Auction sales in Europe start from $1,000

• This is the only known work currently available on the U.S. market
